Well, day 1 (again) went pretty well. Not perfect, but over all I'm pretty happy with it. I counted my points up until around 3pm and things got a lil bumpy. I snacked a little when I knew I shouldn't, and didn't count the pts. Nothing major, a few saltines, a few cheez-its, that sort of thing. But I did it without counting it, and we all know that's a big No-No. Then there was dinner... I didn't know how to calculate my pts, and to be honest I was feeling too damn lazy to even give it a shot. We had rolled up meatloaf, mashed potatoes, corn and bisquits. I had one slice of meatloaf, a scoop of taters, a little corn and one bisquit. All with spray butter. I probably should have skipped the bisquit, and may have gone over pts because of it, but it was alright. I didn't eat anything else the rest of the day/night.
I think it was a pretty successful re-start. I stayed pretty aware, with the exception of the bump in the road I hit mid-afternoon. Today should be even easier, as I head back to work. I won't have the opportunity to munch mindlessly. Now I just need to get used to not eating AFTER work again. When I was on plan before, it was easy and I rarely ate that late. The occasional Fiber One bar w/ some low % milk maybe... but nothing heavy. Well, since going off plan, I've eaten late quite often, and trust me, a lot more than just a FO bar. I won't rattle off the things I've chosen to eat at 11pm or later. It's bad, real bad. LOL Again, another reason that I can't believe I've only gained such a small amount.
Now, I'm having my cup of coffee... then I'll be taking Moo to school in about 40 minutes. I haven't decided what I'd like to do when I get back. Try to jog to the end of the block without keeling over from a heart attack (LOL) Play it safe, and do a Wii workout... Or, my favorite of the the three choices- None of the above. lmao I like that one best, and it probably in all actuality makes more sense... Only because I'm heading back to work tonight, and my shoulders are going to give me enough problems just from having 5 days off! So, we'll see. I've just really had that itch to start jogging. I wish I could either just DO IT, or forget about it already. It's haunting me.
