Ok, so I'm back again. I'm really no good at this... Not for very long apparently.
It's January again. A new year. Another new start. I'm really getting tired off all this on again, off again business. But, I'm ready to give it another shot!
This morning I pulled out the Wii and weighed myself. 182.1lbs. Not great, but not nearly as bad as I was fearing. Last I could remember, I had gotten down to around 177lbs, so I was thinking I had only gained 5lbs. Well, reading back through my old blog posts, I found one that said I had hit 173. Wow, good job!! Yeah, except that makes it almost 10lbs that I have to re-lose to get back to where I was. I suppose still not terrible, since it's been almost a year. Time sure flies when you're eating like there's no tomorrow! lol
Last week I decided that I was getting back to it this morning, and in holding true to that, I weighed myself first thing, made my coffee... measured my creamer and only had one cup. Now I'm drinking some water. I'm already hungry and it's just 11:30, so when I finish up with this, I'll make myself something for lunch... and yes, count every point! I know this week is going to be tough, I've been here enough to have no doubts about that, but I also know that it's worth it, and I hope that I have enough motivation this time around, to not waiver and stick it out! I'm going to try to keep this updated regularly, because even if it doesn't get read, it really does seem to help keep me on track, and accountable. If only to myself.
